続き2:と云うことは、殆どの地区が該当するはずなんだ。管理区域だと放射線管理手帳取得、外部線量測定器の携帯、放射線管理教育の受講、電離健康診断、WBCの受検、18才未満の立入禁止(従事不可)、妊娠者の立入禁止等々のはずなんだけどそんな事は関係ないって国は云うつもりなの？
